1. General Overview

• SSHIPRA specializes in handcrafted wooden furniture designed for homes, offices, cafes, and other spaces.
• All products are custom-made or selected from our catalog.
• Prices, terms, and product details may vary based on individual agreements.

2. Orders and Customizations

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a written agreement and advance payment (if applicable).
• Customization requests, including materials, dimensions, and finishes, must be clearly communicated during the order placement.
• Changes to the order may not be possible once production begins.

3. Payments

• Payment terms are as agreed in the invoice or quotation.
• All prices are exclusive of taxes , hence the bill amount plus additional taxes are applicable.
• Late payments may delay the delivery schedule.

4. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We ensure secure packaging and safe transportation; however, delivery charges may vary based on location.
• Installation services (if included) must be scheduled in advance. 

5. Product Quality and Care

• Products are handcrafted from natural materials; minor variations in color, grain, or texture are expected and add to their uniqueness.
• Proper care and maintenance instructions will be provided. Failure to follow them may void warranties.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• Due to the bespoke nature of custom furniture, cancellations are not allowed once production begins.
• Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery, reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Refunds or replacements for defects will be processed after inspection.

7. Warranty

• Products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period will be specified at the time of purchase.
• The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, accidents, or natural wear and tear.

8. Liability

• SSHIPRA is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including transportation issues or natural disasters.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling or unauthorized modifications post-delivery.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All customer information provided during transactions is kept confidential and used only for business purposes.
• We do not share customer data with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Gujarat courts.
